As Founding Product Designer at Moxie, I lead end-to-end product design across a complex healthcare and commerce platform serving medspas. Partnering closely with product and engineering leadership, I’ve helped the company scale from supporting solo providers to powering operating and multi-location medspas, evolving our product from fast, scrappy v1s into robust, enterprise-grade systems. My work has focused on aligning design execution to core business outcomes, growing provider revenue, retaining customers, and improving sales conversion, through features spanning memberships, payments, scheduling, workflow management, compliance, and reporting.

In parallel, I built and lead Moxie’s product design team, growing it from a team of one to five designers. I introduced Shape Up–inspired delivery practices to improve scoping, prioritization, and shipping velocity, while mentoring designers and raising the bar for craft and strategic thinking. As Moxie enters its next phase of growth, I continue to guide the team through a shift toward fewer, more complete and durable features, helping the company mature its product organization while staying deeply connected to customer needs.
